London: The Religious Tract Society, 1913. Undated, circa 1913. Features a humorous tinted photographic illustration mounted on the front cover with two young boys, one wielding a cricket bat and the other sitting on a wooden horse. Red blindstamp and black decorated cloth cover with gilt and black lettering, color frontispiece and title page, eighty pages plus publisher's advertisments. The book is in good condition with some edgewear including slight lean to the spine, gently rubbed and frayed corners, sound text block, good hinges, clean and pleasantly age- toned pages, with gift inscription on front free endpaper. . Hard Cover. Good/No. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
