About This Item

Sydney: Currency Press, 1976. Paperback trade, very good condition, black & white photos, edges little foxed, minor edgewear corners. 106 pp. This play is located solidly in the physical location of Redfern. The changes that were happening at this time are reflected in the dialogue of the actors. The play is acted out in the years before the Vietnam War, and before young people issued their 1960s challenge to the moral values of their parents. Includes notes on the Redfern they remember by Jack Beasley and Merv Lilley.
