Richard Bentley, 1883. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 1st edition, Original grey buckram boards with gilt titles to front and spine. Some discolouration to spine and lightly rubbed to corners and spine ends. Bookplate of Cynthia Chellini and Normanton to front paste down otherwise clean. Some foxing to prelims and quite heavy to title page and frontispiece / tissue guard. Sporadic foxing throughout more frequent to early and latter pages. Frontispiece partially loose A scarce example of this title which describes the etiquette and rules of behaviour while at the Royal Court or attending Royalty. It also provides details of the procedures for Royal events such as Baptisms, Marriages etc.
