New York: McLoughlin Bros, 1867 6in x 4.75 in (15cm x 12cm). Yellow paper covers printed in red & black, light spine wear, the odd mark but really quite clean. Ads for Charles F Smith, Grocer & Tea Dealer, printed on inside covers. A humorous (and a bit disturbing) cumulative tale that all begins with a woman finding a sixpence then trying to get her pig home from market. Illustrated with engravings after John Absolon. Date and illustrator identity per AAS. . Pictorial Wraps. Very Good/No Jacket. Illus. by John Abslon. 24mo.
