New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1919. Original blue cloth covers w/ titles in gilt. Modest rubbing to corners and spine ends. Light foxing to edges of text block and endpapers. DJ lightly soiled, foxed and a bit rubbed w/ wear, several closed tears, and few small chips to edges; small paper lift (approx. 1/2" wide x 1" long) to front panel near spine. Includes many illustrations from the author's unique collection of photographs of old-time New England houses and doorways. Contents nice.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
