London: Arthur Doubleday & Co, 1908. Hardcover. Fine. First edition, with the errata is tipped in on the Contents leaf. Small octavo: 158 p. with illustrations by Charles Flower and Louise Glazier. Finely bound by the French binder Cuzin in full crushed dark brown morocco, with a different large tan morocco inlay of a historic buildings in Paris on each board, gilt titles, five raised bands, decorative dentelles, and brown silk endpapers. The original illustrated paper wrappers are bound in. Fine. Housed in a morocco-tipped, marbled paper-covered slipcase.
