A Very Good, tan cloth binding with black lettering on spine and gilt illustration on front board, binding sturdy and intact, some discoloration/sunning to board margins, bumped bottom rear board corner, bit of age toning to text block edges and pages, few small soiled spots and moisture stain bottom text block edge, moisture stain to bottom of first approx. 40 pages near hinges, trace shelf wear, in a Very Good, some handling/scuff marks to panels, bit of spine fade, some edge/corner wear, small chip top and bottom rear panel, 1 inch tear bottom rear panel edge, few smaller tears along edges, some moisture rippling rear panel, Dust wrapper.
