Hagenstein, reading "To: Bill Hagenstein with thanks for your contributions to the forest industry" 12/16/74. Some marginalia made by Hagenstein. Dust jacket has some closed tears along top edge of front panel, a chip out the back panel at spine, in mylar cover.
