About This Item

The First UK printing published by London: Faber and Faber in 1933. The limited edition with this being number '21' of only 40 copies bound in vellum, printed on English hand-made paper and signed by Wyndham Lewis. There was also a trade edition which was published simultaneously. The BOOK is in Very Good++ condition. Original full vellum, titles to the spine and the front cover in gilt, top edge gilt, others untrimmed. The yapped edges of the boards slightly bowed and rubbed. Some age related markings to the boards and spine. Just a hint of toning to the page edges places. The endpapers are only very lightly spotted. Internally clean. With a decorated title page and four illustrations by Lewis. A very scarce limited edition copy of this collection of satirical poetry. Protected in a loose Mylar archival cover. Collectible.
