Ottawa: Graphic Publisher's Limited, 1931. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Full black cloth. 319 pp. Some unopened signatures. Foxing to edges of text block. Soiling to top edge. Dust jacket cropped to flaps (not price clipped), sunned to extremiies, light bumping to edges. Open House is an experiment in free speech. OUr newspapers and magazines are conservative, possibly over-cautious concerning new or liberal ideas. So the editors asked the members of the Writers Club to submit articles attacking anything or advocating anything they felt to be in the public interest.
