Previous owner's name (twice) inside front cover. Cloth on spine is torn across about 2" up from the bottom, and detached from the spine at the back hinge. Cloth completely worn off boards at most edges. Foxing and waterstaining on edges of several pages. Front hinge starting. Rear hinge cracked. Scarce. 302 pp. plus 10 pages of ads at the back..
