Signed at lower right, "by request of N.S., Lebanon." A leaf from the 1839 friendship album of Miss Rachel Toby of Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Attractively matted and framed entirely acid-free, ready for hanging. Sheet size 6 3/8" x 7 5/8", image size 6" x 6 1/4", full matted size 10"x 10". Fine condition. An enchanting piece of antebellum Americana.
