Signed “A. M. Sporer, 1917.” Evidently tempera, on paper, measuring approximately 10 1/2” x 14 1/2”, matted, framed and glazed, overall approximately 14” x 17”. Excellent condition. The artist lived in Hartford, Connecticut. The golfer, holding a golf club, is in a gray outfit with blue and black collar, cuffs, belt and pockets and a matching hat.
