Holland, MI, 1962. unbound. 8 x 7 inches, 1962, imprinted: "Happy Holidays -- Eleanor and Paul de Kruif." The scientist neatly pasted a signed 2.5 x 3.25-inch card inside on which he has written, "With best from Paul de Kruif." Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, postmarked on December 17, 1962 in Holland, Michigan. Fine condition.<br/> <br/> American microbiologist best remembered for his 1926 book, Microbe Hunters.<br/> <br/>
