About This Item
Outlet, 1985-11-01. Hardcover. Very Good/Good Plus. 13x11x2. A large tome. 431 colour plates reproduced in facsimile after the great American bird artist. Original publisher's blue cloth - gilt embossed to the spine and to the front board. A 55 page index at the rear. A little light spotting and other (?) marking to the fore-edges. 2 fold-out plates (there are a number) have additional creases to them, where they haven't been closed on the right crease line. The jacket has not been price-clipped. It has some shelf wear, some rubbing to the head and tail of the spine and rubbing to the rear panel with slight associated loss and some lifting of the outer laminate. A 6cm tear to the head of the rear panel of the jacket, which has been expertly repaired. A very good copy in good plus jacket.
