New York: American Heritage Publishing Co, 1966. Original edition. Hardcover. Quarto, Two volumes in slipcase (lv pages + 431 color plates, some folded). In Very Good minus condition with a Poor slipcase. Slipcase in brown decorative paper, significant edge wear, with rear panel almost detached. Spine is brown with gold print. Boards in brown cloth with gold print. Slight wear to spine caps and corners. Illustrated: 431 color plates, some folded.
