About This Item

Gardenville, New York (Newport News, Virginia): Unpublished, 1923. Woodcut printed from the original block created by J. J. Lankes on May 1, 1923. Between 1986 and 1992 his son J. B. Coriat (1875-1943). As J. B. notes, it was rejected by Coriat; so it never became a bookplate for him. Printed on an 8" by 9" shhet of paper.. Restrike. Paper. Fine. Illus. by J. J. Lankes. 4" X 3 3/16". Fine Art Print.
