Ticknor & Fields, New Haven and New York, 1982. First Edition. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Very Good Condition/Very Good. Illustrator: Robert Osborn. foreword by Gary Trudeau. Light brown coloured endpapers. The text is illustrated with black-and-white photography from the author's life and copious reproductions in both colour and black-and-white of the author's artistry. Red cloth covered boards with silver coloured illustration on the front board and silver writing on the spine. Illustrated dust wrapper, same illustration as for front board with a wrist and hand ( photographic ) superimposed on the illustration, with a white and red background and white, black and red coloured titles on the front panel and white coloured titles on the spine. The autobiography of the American cartoonist/artist Robert Osborn. A little shelfwear to the lower edges, some dust marks to the top and some very faint dust marks to the top paper edge. Rubbing to the dust wrapper corners and a little chipping to the top spine edge. The spine has become somewhat faded due to exposure to light. This is the First USA Edition.
