New York: Simon and Schuster, (1968)., (1968).. Very good. - Small quarto, 6-1/2 inches high by 7 inches wide. Hardcover, bound in pictorial boards bearing an illustration by Edward Gorey, titled within a banner on the front cover and in black on the spine. The book is laid into the original matching pictorial price-clipped dust wrapper. There is minor chipping to the tail of the dust jacket's slightly darkened spine. The corners of the book's covers are lightly bumped. Unpaginated, with full page illustrations by Edward Gorey. A previous owner's gift inscription penned on the dedication page reads: "And a Happy Birthday Orphobismic Lozenge to [a symbol] / 4/22/69". Very good.

First edition, stated first printing. [Toledano A29a].
