About This Item
San Francisco: Straight Arrow, 1975. First Edition. Hardcover. Near fine/Near fine. Owens's second photobook, a sequel of sorts to his acclaimed Suburbia, this one full of images of people participating in group activities. A remarkable look at everyday social life in the 1970s. First edition (first printing of the hardcover, issued simultaneously with the paperback, with a numberline ending in 1). A near fine copy in a near fine dust jacket, a bit darkened and worn at the top of the spine. This copy has a photocopied flyer laid in announcing that Owens had bought back the rights to his books.
