Indianapolis: The Bobbs-Merrill Company, 1904. Hardcover. Illustrations by Howard Chandler Christy. Decorations by Margaret Armstrong. 8vo. Green cloth with gilt lettering, light green decoration and oval color plate on front board. (Ca. 100pp). Frontispiece, numerous full-page and smaller illustrations, decorative text borders. Very good. A tight and decent first edition, second state, of this wonderfully illustrated example of an Armstrong binding. Mild ex-library, with no spine marking whatsoever and very few and mostly-removed markings. RUSSO 98-99.
