Staple-bound, fragile pictorial wrappers; front wrapper has a few small chips to edge and bottom right corner missing; front wrapper mostly detached from book, has been affixed to first page with clear tape to lower third; small piece of bottom left corner missing from back wrapper; wrappers moderately toned, pages lightly so; interior pages clean, unmarked; appears unread; several black and white photographs throughout. Good condition.
A nice little book about Oklahoma outlaws active in the late nineteenth century. This book includes chapters on officers of the law and a general overview of "outlawry", as well as chapters on specific outlaws such as the Daltons, the Doolin gang, the Jennings gang, and Henry and Belle Starr.
