Here are simple stories using a word list of 338 and illustrated with pastel vignettes by Bertha Corbett. Even Molly amd May of Sunbonnet fame are in some of the stories The soft pastels contrasted with the brilliant color of the cover make for a visual delight. Non-authorial inscription on front free endpaper with light edge rubbing and bumped corners else very good/o.
