France: Cercle d'Art, 1961. Hardcover. Near Fine. Folio. Hardcover, pictorial cloth, in poriginal slipcase as issued. Approx. 125 pp. Picasso's 1959 oeuvre of lithos and drawings on bullfighting with text by renowned bullfighter and personal friend of the artist's, Luis Miguel Dominguin. Numerous colourplates. Essay by Geoarges Boudaille. Binding slightly cracked, but very firm; spine lightly sunned. Pictorial slipcase slightly frayed at corners. The plates are of an exceptionally faithful quality. Translated from the French. Dominguin's text is accompanied by the original Spanish text.
