New York: McGraw-Hill Book Company Inc, 1950. First American Edition. This book is a first American edition. This book measures approximately 8.75" x 5.75" with 32 numbered pages and 18 color photographs of paintings.

This book is in good minus condition. Minor bumping and sunning to the spine. Moderate staining to both front and rear boards. Minor foxing to all edges of textblock.

Churchill didn't pick up a paintbrush until the age of 40 but found a passion that was to remain his constant companion. This book explores this passion that allowed him peace during his dark days.
