I can speak from experience and say that the Eye of Round Roast recipe is the absolute BEST I've ever had. I haven't experienced the Sausage Strata Superioso, but this looks like a great breakfast item that I may try out if the book doesn't sell quickly enough. Then, there's one I'll never try, but if you have access to excess, you may want to give it a shot...the BBQ Camel. Just start with 1 whole camel, 1 whole lamb, 20 whole chickens, 60 eggs, 25 lbs brown rice, 100 gallons of water, and a few pounds of this and that miscellaneous stuff, and you end up with something you've probably never tried. Drop me a note and let me know how it was! By the way....you're suppose to decorate it with pomegranates, so don't forget to buy a few dozen of those while you're at the market.
