NY: Doubleday, Page & Company, 1913. First edition or reprint?. Hardcover. Very Good . Reddish cloth binding with gentle wear/bumping to cover corners, short line indent to rear cover, spine is not faded. Tightly bound, former owner's name with date of 1915. Color fold out birds eye map in fine contain, text is free of marking with clean pages. No dust jacket. Note this edition has the same printed date on the copyright and title pages, 1913. Oddly, there is no stamping to the heel of spine where the publishers' name would be located (reprint?).
