Minute stain to the top edge of the book, otherwise a nice tight clean copy that appears to have never been read. Vg+ Also included is the LP recording of the original Orson Welles radio broadcast. Some light wear to the album with splitting to left side, the record itself is fine. Sold as a collection only.
