Quarto, copy No. 69 of an edition of 200, pp. 216, 1 (colophon), cream cloth-covered boards half-bound in black calf with gilt lettering and rules to spine, signed original lithograph by Heller, who also signed the colophon, numerous paper samples tipped in, slipcased. Created as a collectible, this book also serves as a manual for paper makers and those who want to learn the craft. Condition of this book: Fine Special Limited Edition, first issue in this format. Size: Quarto. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. All edges clean, neat and free of foxing.
