Pictorial stiff paper wrapers with map of Ireland on front cover. Frontispiece is also a coloured map depicting the partition boundary. Part 1: Inflaming Ulster; Part 11: The Problem to be Faced; with a conclusion that attacks the partitioning and recommends that it be done away with. With a small NY State Library stamp dated May 21, 1947 on the front wrap.
