Hannover: In Der Hahnschen Hof-Buchhandlung, 1821. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. 8vo. "Aus dem Englischen iibersetzt und mit anmerkungen und Zusatzen begleitet von G. P. Holscher, Dr." pp. xvi, 400 + 6 mounted folding plates, 2 of which are hand-coloured, + 4 (notes & adverts). Orginal paper covered boards and spne with red, gilt spine label, binding very good and strong but paper covering a little rubbed and chipped to edges and joints, corners somewhat rounded. Contents clean and tight, contemporary inscription dated1830, tip of lower outer corner of title page, pinched. The two coloured plates a little browned to edges. A very good copy of the First edition of Brodie's Classic work..
