Visitors guest book with first entry dated May 1, 1938 and last entry August 10, 1952. "Patland" is a cottage or summer home owned by Paul G. Patterson (1900-1969) and his wife Virginia Perkins Ragland. Probably located near Richmond, Virginia - one entry mentions the "Powhatan shore".
