South Acworth, NH: Stillgate Publishers, 1981. First edition. Hardcover. Very good+/very good. Black stamped maroon cloth boards with original bellyband, quarto [9.25" x 12.25"], illustrated in b&w, including some that fold out. Book has mild rubbing and soil to boards and spine, binding tight, text clean and unmarked. DJ has some creasing and rubbing, now in archival mylar wrap.
