London: Constable, 1936. 1st thus (orig.-1913) . Blue Cloth. VG(+)/Good. 14 Cm X 22 Cm. Jocelyn Crowe. Numerous previous editions with various illustrators but this appears to be first ed. illustrated by Jocelyn Crowe. vii+112, 'eighty-one little pictures by Jocelyn Crowe' (red & blue tail-pieces after each poem); internally fine, covers (gilt peacock pie motif top front) have two small marks to front beside spine, suspicion of rubbing to bottom spine; clipped jacket clean but spine ends chipped (top slightly, bottom up to 4 cms), other edges only minimally worn bar short split bottom front corner. Apretty copy of this best-selling collection. Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
