J M Dent & Sons LTD, 1974. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. 1st edition, with dust jacket in good condition, small tear on top front corner. Hardback in very good condition, very clean condition. One of the first books to be entirely to the peat garden. The author was responsible for the expansion and maintenance of the large peat garden at the Royal Botanical Garden in Edinburgh in Scotland. Includes a Foreword by Graham Stuart Thomas, and published in association with the RHS.
