Originally bound in paper. Spine sleeve at the very end of book. Book store stamp bottom verso rear endpaper. 70 paintings, etchings in black &white, each separated by glassine sheet., all full size. Marbleized cloth boards and end papers. Spine has title and author and decorations in gold gilt, but the very of the spine is chipped showing the binding. Introduction in French. text unmarked. Spine tight.
