Paris: A. Guillot, 1953-54. Very Good. 34 cm; 5 volumes, 50 color plates tipped in. All leaves loose in five separate portfolios, as issued. Portfolios in fine condition, all in original wraps with glassine jackets, gathered in publisher's slipcase. Slipcase splitting at edges and somewhat bowed.

French translation of Ancient Egyptian Painting, which first appeared in English in 1936.
