New York: Pencil Points, 1932., 1932.. Very good. - Quarto, 11-7/8 inches high by 8-3/4 inches wide. Softcover, bound in printed white wrappers, titled in black on the front cover and with pictorial black & white ads on the verso. The covers are foxed. There are minor chips to the spine. Pages 1-38; 145-212; and 43-82, with sections of pictorial ads at the front and rear. The periodical is profusely illustrated in color and black and white, including several full-page illustrations and plans, including a full-page color plan titled "Anaconda" advertising the American Brass Company and a color frontispiece depicting a High School in Lyons, Kansas designed by Mann and Company. Very good.

The contents include William Adams Delano's "My Architectural Creed", George W. Smith's "Silhouette of Otho McCrackin", Walter K. Smith, Jr.'s "The Charcoal 'Smooch' Technique", Arthur L. Guptill's "Cut-outs in Rendering", and Eugene B. Church's "Economic Heights of Buildings", etc.

There are minor chips to the spine. Pages 1-16; 597-652; and 25-46, with sections of pictorial ads at the front and rear. The periodical is profusely illustrated in color and black and white, including several full-page illustrations and plans, including a full-page plate of Edward D. Stone's pastel drawing of a "Preliminary Sketch for Roxy Theatre at Rockefeller Center, New York". The front hinge is cracked with rust stains from the staples to the inner edges of the first and last page.
