At one time the largest railroad in the United States, this book was intended as a final tribute to the Pennsy before merging with the New York Central. A relaxed visit with steam and electric locomotives and a detailed analysis of Pennsy's diesel fleet. 351 pages of photographs, data, and rosters. Fine in near fine price-clipped dust jacket. A very handsome copy.
