About This Item
Cambridge University Press, 2003. Soft Cover. near Good binding. Octavo. xxii, 522, [4] pp. First paperback edition. Trade paperback with glossy, pictorial covers. Obvious dampstaining has rippling to the first and last several leaves and to the bottom margin throughout the textblock; no tidelines; contents clean. But the moisture rippling it is in Very Good or better condition. A more than serviceable copy of an uncommon scholarly text.
