About This Item
Paperback / softback. New. Peoplewatching is the culmination of a career of watching people - their behaviour and habits, their personalities and their quirks. Desmond Morris shows us how people, consciously and unconsciously, signal their attitudes, desires and innermost feelings with their bodies and actions, often more powerfully than with their words.
Synopsis
Desmond Morris was born in Wiltshire in 1928. An eminent zoologist, educated at Birmingham and Oxford Universities, he was Curator of Mammals at the London Zoo for eight years, before the worldwide success of The Naked Ape . The author of over thirty books, he has been one of Britain’s best-known television presenters for more than twenty years. He now lives in Oxford.
