Contains an index, source notes, and a list of sisters in the rear. Original publishers glossy pictorial paper covers with blue spine lettering. There is a short tear to the bottom edge of the rear wrapper, else this is a clean, tight and unmarked book. ; B&W Photos; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 385 pages .
