Signed presentation copy in blue ink to August Heckscher May 1966 (Parks Commissioner under Mayor John V. Lindsay who was long active in public affairs). Introduction by Henry-Russell Hitchcock. Fifty-one color plates with plans present all of Johnson's major buildings. The monograph is completed by a thorough chronology of all of Johnson's architecture and a bibliography of writings by and about the architect. FREITAG 4631. KARPEL B1239.
