SIGNED by John Masefield and Laurence Irving (illustrator) on the limitation page (signatures only). 1st LIMITED edition, #113/360. The boards have modest shelfwear to the spine ends and corners, now covered in a glassine cover. The script for a play by the late English Poet Laureate and novelist, author of "Sea-Fever" and âThe Box of Delightsâ. Irving is the late illustrator of âVoyages & Discoveries of the Englishâ and set designer for the films âThe Taming of the Shrewâ (1929) and âUncle Silasâ (1947). Rare. Where possible, all books come with dust jacket in a clear protective plastic sleeve, sealed in a ziplock bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, shipped in a box.
