Full title: Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society of London for the Year MDCCCXXVI. Part I. Observations of the apparent distances and positions of 458 double and triple stars, made in the years 1823, 1824, and 1825; together with a re-axamination of 36 Stars of the same description, the distances and positions of which were communicated in a former Memoir. Read November 17, 1825. Originally bound in blue paper covers, which are still present albeit damaged, but rebound in dark green much worn covers which are themselves damaged. Text block is effectively detached from the covers and the cracked blue paper spine shows with its printed title. & Teesdale Naturalist Field Club.. Book-plate from Darlington & Teesdale Naturalists' Field Club on inside of front cover. Unattractive heavy duty tape has been used in an abortive attempt to repair attachment of original paper covered block to hard covers, this has failed. Title page and final pages are detached and have ragged edges. Uncut page edges are clean. [2], 391; xviii, [1]. No dust jacket, as published. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: 1-2kg.
