About This Item
Boston: William D. Ticknor, Publisher, 1835. Pamphlet. Good. 32 pp. A predominately philosophical work musing on ultraism, or the focus on one object, often to the detriment of other objects, and its effects on various institutions, whether religious or secular, although primarily focusing on religion. GOOD condition. Ex-historical society, with a few blindstamps in the interior. Vertical fold crease present. Wrappers soiled and darkened, with some staining. Wrappers mostly split along the spine, tenuously holding on. Scattered soiling in the interior, with offsetting to the title page.
