Text and plates completely clean. Stated first American edition. Introduction by Jean-Claude Lemagny. Nearly 100 beautifully printed photographic plates of young boys and men, posed often with classical ruins near Taormina, Sicily, where von Gloeden lived during the late 19th century. The plates are printed not only in black & white, but also tan, beige, gray and mauve. 9" square, 105 pages. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking..
