The rear cover has some rubbing along its edges. Rubbing to the spine edges. Rubs to the spine tips and corners. Small bumps to the lower corners. Gift inscription inked on the front fly. The hinges are starting to tear at the seams. The frontis page and tis sue paper that cover it are detached but included. .
