Wear to corners and spine ends, hinges starting, ink notation verso of front flyleaf and inscription of patient names following several recipes (John Horner and Mrs. John Horner), titles of several recipes circled, ink blot margin of p 42; otherwise tightly bound with clean pages; good+. LAID IN: newspaper clippings taped to 8x11 inch Milk Wanted dairy card. An interesting early 20th century home health guide with recipes for treatment of every ailment from Impaction of ear-wax to St. Vitus Dance and Dropsy with Feeble Heart Action.
