The book is in about very good condition: clean and tight, with splitting of leather along both joints, but still holding tightly; brown stain along 2 inches of fore-edge of 40 leaves, but it does not intrude upon the pages.. First Edition Thus. Hardcover. Collectible-Very Good-. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Book.
